Switching to Mitchell Telecom
Mitchell Telecom is locally owned and operated. The owner is ATV Holdings, LLC, an ownership group made up of Alliance Communications, of Garretson, TrioTel Communications, of Salem, and Venture Communications, of Highmore. We call Mitchell home not just another area we serve. At the same time we have invested millions in constructing a state-of-the-art fiber network that brings communication, connection and entertainment services to Mitchell that would otherwise not be available. To cap it off we have a local office to provide sales and support staff to our customers.
Mitchell Telecom can port your existing telephone number (within Mitchell), which allows you keep it when you make Mitchell Telecom your communications provider. The porting process typically takes approximately a week to coordinate with your existing provider.
Start by making contact with our office by calling 990-1000 to speak to a member of our sales or customer service staff. This group will start the paperwork process needed to activate service and schedule an install appointment.
Installations are typically scheduled for a four hour block (morning or afternoon), which allow Mitchell Telecom's staff to do a professional job of wiring as well as reviewing how the services work. This timeframe can be adjusted depending on the number of services you purchase as well as if service has been previously activated at your address.
You do not have to be present, but we strongly encourage you to be if your schedule allows. Our products have a number of new features that you may have not seen or experienced with your previous provider and we have found that your attendance provides value to your customer experience post install.
